Now I went to their market this Saturday. And oh my gosh, the nuggets were so good. Id say it wasnt as good as fried or rotisserie regular chicken but it was definitely 3rd and was the best vegan chicken ive tried. Very delicious and I will definitely be getting more when I go to the market

Honestly, I didn’t expect vegan comfort food to hit that hard. The burgers were packed with flavor, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The food was worthy of James Beard Quality. Chef John Doesn't dissapoint with his stellar,amazing masterpieces very creative in his style of putting stuff together. The Brisket ,Bacon you can't tell that it's not planet base. I'm a foodie if ya get a chance try the Brisket tacos, Nachos,Ice cream anyone of his Dishes you can't go wrong with his food.

The So Good Vegan truly lived up to the name. I visited this food truck next to The Brown Thumb, and the experience was great from the moment we walked up—the food smelled amazing before we even ordered. The gentleman who owns the business (please forgive me for forgetting your name) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing with those tools and ingredients. The food came out hot, fresh, flavorful, and just flat-out good. No gimmicks—just well-prepared, soul-satisfying vegan food done right. You can tell there’s care and intention behind every plate. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can’t wait to visit again. This is definitely a spot worth checking out.

This place is really really really good, but most of the time I come to the community market, they’re sold out of half of everything, even though I usually arrive around 11. Additionally, when they do Pop Ups, they either don’t show up, or show up and close early from selling out. I’m glad they’re doing good, but I shouldn’t have to stress about whether i’m gonna make the trek only for them to be sold out. That said, definitely come try their food, but definitely come early!
